  1. LEXSECT a network of independent professionals

 

  • LAXSECT is the largest network of independent professionals in India. These professionals have specialized in a range of areas, including legal, tax, environmental, sustainable, audit, product certifications, and all other services provided by independent professionals. LEXSECT is a legal technology platform that solely handles client relationships; local professionals within the network provide services.
  • Not only does LEXSECT lack the capacity to bind any member firm, but no member firm has the ability to obligate or bind LEXSECT or any other member firm in relation to third parties.
  • Professionals in LEXSECT are allocated inquiries by other professionals in the network. In accordance with the milestones that have been agreed upon with experts and are posted on the site, LEXSECT is in charge of obtaining payments from clients. Since LEXSECT will be paying the experts, it will now serve as a facilitator. Professionals will deliver the orders that clients make; LEXSECT is a technology firm and aggregator with a team of specialists that offer assistance to clients, including Chartered Accountants (CAS), firm Secretaries (CS), and Lawyers. LEXSECT does not immediately satisfy the needs of the client. It just receives the needs from the client and forwards them to the qualified consultants.

After your payment has been successfully received in line with the terms you have agreed upon, we will help you with advice and set you up with the right professionals. LEXSECT will not be involved in any additional obligations or arrangements; these will be handled solely between the professional and the customer.

  • There is no lawyer-client relationship promoted by LEXSECT.

Any communication, acceptance, or use of any advisory services provided by LEXSECT does not create or maintain a lawyer-client or other type of relationship between the client and the professional. It is specifically disputed that any electronic correspondence submitted to the sender and LEXSECT are not to have a lawyer-client relationship established by LEXSECT alone.

  • LEXSECT does not support any individual user or independent contractor.

Finding the ideal independent professional for the user’s needs is handled by LEXSECT. By no way does LEXSECT advertise or promote any independent professional; we do not favour any user or independent professional.

  • There is no avenue for solicitation provided by LEXSECT.

Until the client speaks with the advisor or consultant in person or online, LEXSECT protects client confidentiality from consultants. It is forbidden for our independent consultants to view any personal information about possible clients. Furthermore, until the client and the consultant exchange messages, the independent consultant is unable to see the client’s profile.

The user acknowledges that this defence and indemnification extends to any breach of the agreement by the user as well as any of the aforementioned covenants, warranties, and representations. The client additionally consents to include our professional consultant fees and costs without limitation in this defence and indemnity. LexSECT ensures that client data privacy is upheld and that the data is safeguarded. However, if any data is lost as a result of intentional or inadvertent deletion, system or network failure, backup failure, corrupted files, or any other cause, LexSECT will not be held responsible.

  1. Disclosure of information

You grant LEXSECT non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable rights to use, publish, alter, create, translate, adapt, reproduce, and distribute any information you send us in a document. Additionally, you grant LEXSECT permission to utilize the data in any way they see fit. We guarantee that no information will be released on purpose. However, information disclosed by default on the server as a result of third-party activity is not our responsibility.

  1. Severability of Terms and Conditions

After engaging with the client regarding the advisory or consultancy service rendered by LEXSECT, if any of the terms and conditions are found to be illegal, unenforceable, or void, then that specific provision will be considered severable from the other provisions and will not impact the validity or enforceability of the terms and conditions as a whole.

  1. Arbitration

If a disagreement should arise, it must be resolved through arbitration, with Delhi serving as the venue.

  1. Termination

In the event that any infractions are found, LEXSECT retains the right to terminate service.

  1. Modifications made to the website

  • By using our advisory services, you are indicating that you agree to the updated terms and conditions.
  1. Warranty and Limited Liability

  • No written or verbal advice or information from any independent adviser of LEXSECT shall be construed to create any warranty unless expressly stated herein.

Limitation of Liability

  • The client acknowledges and agrees that LEXSECT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or from the inability to use it; or from the expense of obtaining substitute goods and services; or from any goods or services acquired or purchased; or from any messages received; or from any transactions conducted through or from the service; or from unauthorized access to or alteration of the user’s transmissions or data; including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles; even if LEXSECT has been made aware of the possibility of such damages.
  • The client further agrees that, regardless of whether the interruption, suspension, or termination of service was warranted, negligent, intentional, or unintentional, LEXSECT shall not be liable for any damages resulting from it, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
  1. Reservation of Rights

The information, documents, logos, pictures, sounds, and images on this website are all property of LEXSECT, and it is LEXSECT that owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to them.
