1. Refund at the choice of the client without any reason-
- Refund by the buyer: If you email office@lexsect.com within 4 hours of the purchase or payment, we will return 100% of the money you paid. Refunds cannot be processed if they are requested more than four hours after the payment was made.
- Once the purchase is assigned to the professional network (CA, CS, Lawyers, Engineers, Management Consultants, and Other Professionals), there will be no refunds.
- Your order will be considered canceled and there won’t be a refund if you don’t reply to the email, call, or whatsapp within seven (7) days.
- Since the consultant must approve the refund, any disagreement that develops between the client and the consultant will be seen as a private matter between them, and Lexsect will not be held responsible.
- You acknowledge and agree that, prior to purchasing services from our website, www.lexsect.com, you have fully comprehended the following: “any additional documents, facilities, infrastructure, land, or commercial premises that may be required to secure such license for registration or certification, or government approvals/clearance; applicable government fees, government compliance requirements, Documents required.” In order to receive the license, registration, certification, or government approvals/clearance that the network of experts requests, you must provide all necessary documentation and information. Should you be unable to furnish said information for a maximum of fifteen days, the services you have accessed through lexsect.com will be considered fulfilled, and the outstanding sum will need to be settled. Since time is a resource in the provision of professional services, each piece of advice given or minute spent on the phone has an associated cost.
2. Refund in case our network of professionals is unable to deliver the services –
- No reimbursement will be given if the professional network is unable to provide the services as a result of a legal change and you are unable to comply with the updated government regulations. As an aggregator of professionals, we may assign the same service order to other professionals in our network if, in an ordinary case, you have provided all the required documentation, qualifications, and facilities but the network of professionals either lacks experience in providing the said services or declines to work on your assignment. Should none of the experts be able to provide the services during the 30-day cooling-off period, you can write to office@lexsect.com to obtain a refund.
- Refund requests that are delayed due to government offices or authorities are not eligible. The consultant will not be held responsible for any delays caused by regulatory bodies. The consultant will offer the appropriate legal counsel when needed.
- If the government authorities reject your application for any reason other than something beyond their control as a professional, you will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that the government rejects the client’s application, they will be obliged to reimburse 70% of the professional fees, 100% of the government fees, and any further travel or MSc fees that are necessary in order to complete the assignment. If a client accepts this, professionals must draft a new order and get the client’s approval.
- You acknowledge that you could be subject to fines or other charges from government agencies for any cause; you agree to pay any such fines and that neither Lexsect.com nor the consultant will be held accountable for any such actions or government authority impositions.
- By using our website to purchase services, you agree that you are not acting in any capacity as an agent, middleman, or unregistered legal practitioner. You understand that lexsect.com is a legal platform that is exclusively intended for use by companies or people looking for legal services. Any service orders that are received from middlemen, unregistered professionals, or professionals outside of the LEXSECT network will be deemed to be against platform guidelines. In such cases, the order will be listed as canceled, and there won’t be a reimbursement.
- When you get documents via email or WhatsApp that are necessary for completing the service order, refund requests won’t be accepted.
Refund method
- In any event, your money will be returned to us using the original method used to pay the fees; it won’t be sent to a different party.
- Once the appropriate consultant has given their approval, the reimbursement procedure is implemented. In addition, a refund will be processed within 30 to 60 business days. (lexsect.com)
Escalation matrix
Level 1: Send an email to office@lexsect.com with a copy to the designed professionals (CA, CS, or other professionals). To make a final decision, this can take a week.
Level 2: You can contact our nodal officer at office@lexsect.com to file an appeal if you are dissatisfied or not pleased with level 1.The completion of this could require seven (7) working days. The nodal officer’s choice is definitive.

2. You have deposited the money into the designated bank account via the internet. The payment has been received by us.
3. Within 30 minutes of receiving the payment confirmation, you will be paired with a professional from our network based on the plan you chose.
4. We assume that you are aware of your service requirements and the documents needed to get any necessary registrations, licences, or approvals when you make your payment.
5. The documents that government agencies or professionals request are final, and you agree to supply them as needed.
6. Resolution of Disputes – Should a dispute arise between the parties, the New Delhi court will have sole authority to resolve it.
